Looking for Your Medical Records?

Dr. Werner Spangehl and Dr. Leanne Schuman are retiring in 2024, there is no replacement physician available in our office.

Your original medical records will be safely stored and distributed with the non-profit association, MedRecords.

All medical records will be transferred at a minimal cost. You may obtain a copy or transfer your records to a new physician by:

Flu Vaccine Information

We have the 2024-2025 flu vaccine in the office NOW. Call or go online to book an appointment.
