Office Policies

Cancellations and Missed Appointments

We require 24 hours notice to cancel an appointment, however, in the event of an unforeseen emergency this may be waived. There are many other patients waiting for appointments and failure to cancel will result in a missed appointment charge.


Lab results

Our Clinic policy is not to provide Lab results over the telephone. Please make an appointment with your physician to discuss lab results.
You will only be contacted by our office to come in for an appointment if your lab results were abnormal. 

Our staff are unable to interpret lab results and will not comment when asked. Please also understand that it can take up to 10 days for our office to receive results back from various lab/hospitals. 


Prescription refills

No prescription refills will be given over the phone. Please make an appointment with your physician.
Certain medications require monitoring and it is up to your physician to decide when you need to be seen for a refill


Uninsured Services

There are a number of services that are not covered by the Medical Services Plan, but may be covered by your Extended Medical. Payment for uninsured services is due upon receipt of service. We accept the following forms of payment: Cheque, Debit, Mastercard, Visa, and cash.
